There are several types of contest structures available. Here is a breakdown of your options and which ones would be best to select based on your goals.
Gaming style: In face-off mode, the contest consists of 2 players competing against each other on a 1 vs 1 basis. This is a great way to boost the competitive spirit.
*Hint: If the competition seems lopsided, try selecting the handicap option to level the playing field.
Gaming style: In Multiplayer mode, the contest consists of 3 or more players competing against each other on 2 separate teams. This is a fun way to select your own teams for competition.
Select the handicap again to level the field when the teams are unbalanced by experience OR by number of players!
Gaming style: In Goal mode, the contest consists of 1 player competing against their own personal daily goals. This is a wonderful to push a person's performance through the roof by competing to achieve an expectation.
This style contest can also be used as a confidence booster to help players who may be a little in a slump.

Gaming style: In Collaborative Goal mode, the contest consists of 2 or more players competing along side each other to achieve their personal daily goals. (combined effort)
This is a great gaming style to bring team mates together to work toward a common goal.
