As a ZiZo competitor, there are 25 levels of gameplay that spread across 5 different ranks. Here's a brief overview.
ZiZo competitors all start at the same level (Rookie Level 1). As they progress throughout their workday, their success is a measure of performance towards the completion of KPIs (key performance indicators) that could be expected by a Rookie level 1. As the Rookie exceeds those expectations, they are promoted to higher and higher levels. As the levels increase, so too do the expectations of the player's performance. The levels are as follows:
- Rookie - Levels 1-5
- Pro - Levels 1-5
- All-Pro Levels 1-5
- Superstar - Levels 1-5
- Legend - Levels 1-5
